Coaching Sessions
Many people find the process of job search and interviewing very challenging. It isn’t easy to discuss work history and highlight the positives unless you are prepared and it is that preparation where KMA can help.
We start with establishing the candidate’s areas of greatest concern and work to find a comfortable style to address those issues. Sessions can be flexible to include topics candidates want to focus on.
Our goal is to provide candidates with a level of confidence that will be a asset whether they are starting a job search or looking for assistance in positively expressing strengths and accomplishments in any career or work situation.

$75.00 per hour (minimum one hour charge)
